Controlled introductions

Supplier identities are revealed through a controlled workflow.

Supplier reveal is not automatic. The goal is to keep buyer, supplier, and Eurasia Supply aligned before direct identity disclosure.

Anonymous comparison first

Buyer-facing summaries can show supplier options as Option A, Option B, and Option C while hiding company names and contact details.

Reveal readiness

Reveal may require buyer sourcing terms, no-circumvention confirmation, and supplier network terms for the selected supplier.

Reveal request flow

Buyers can request supplier reveal from the buyer workspace. Admin reviews commercial readiness before marking a supplier introduced.

Communication copy rule

Related communication, quotes, samples, POs, production steps, and repeat transactions should keep quotes@eurasiasupply.co copied unless separately agreed.

Introductions are logged

Supplier reveal and introduction notices are recorded with RFQ ID, timestamps, supplier match, agreement status, and workflow events.

Not a legal substitute

Operational records support process discipline, but formal agreements should be reviewed by qualified counsel before reliance.

Send one RFQ. Keep the process controlled.

Supplier identities are controlled until sourcing terms and reveal steps are confirmed.
