The buyer remains responsible for specifications, suitability, compliance, customs, duties, insurance, payment, and final supplier contracts.
Commercial terms
Supplier reveal may require sourcing fee, success fee, commission, no-circumvention, confidentiality, and protection-period terms to be accepted or waived.
