Buyer and supplier responsibilities
Import duties, customs clearance, compliance, insurance, payment, product suitability, final supplier contracts, and commercial decisions remain the buyer or supplier responsibility unless separately agreed.
Supplier reveal and introductions
Supplier identities may be controlled until sourcing terms, no-circumvention confirmation, and supplier network terms are ready, accepted, or waived.
Formal agreements
Formal buyer sourcing, supplier network, no-circumvention, commission, or success fee agreements may be required for supplier reveal, introductions, or order steps.
