Buyer and supplier responsibilities
Buyers remain responsible for final due diligence, compliance, customs, duties, product suitability, insurance, payments, and final supplier contracts. Suppliers remain responsible for company information, quote accuracy, product quality, documents, packing, labeling, and final commercial terms.
Supplier reveal
Supplier identity reveal and introductions may be subject to sourcing, supplier network, and no-circumvention terms.
